When you sign in using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we may receive:

• A unique user identifier from the provider

We do not receive your password or payment information from these providers.

• Match predictions you submit within the App
• Any communications you send to us

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device type, operating system, and version
• App usage data and crash reports
• IP address and general location (country/region level)
• Advertising identifiers (for free-tier users)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Enable and track match predictions
• Determine weekly prediction winners and distribute rewards (where applicable)
• Display personalized or non-personalized advertisements to free-tier users
• Improve, maintain, and operate the App
• Communicate with you about your account or the App
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Rewards & Predictions

4.1 Weekly Reward Program

We offer a weekly reward (currently $15 USD or equivalent) to the user with the highest number of correct predictions in a given week. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Rewards are offered at our sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• We do not guarantee the availability of any reward at any time.
• Reward eligibility, distribution methods, and amounts may vary based on your country of residence, applicable laws, and platform policies.
• It is your sole responsibility to determine whether receiving a reward is legal in your jurisdiction. We make no representation that the reward program is available or lawful in all locations.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any user suspected of fraud, manipulation, or violation of these terms.
• In the event of a tie or dispute, our decision is final.

4.2 Reward Delivery via Tremendous

Rewards are issued only as digital gift cards through our third-party rewards provider, Tremendous, Inc. (“Tremendous”), or a comparable provider we may select. To deliver a reward, we share your name and email address with Tremendous, which may store and process that information outside your country. Tremendous uses your information under its own privacy policy and terms, over which we have no control.

Gift card availability, currency, and redemption rules are set by Tremendous and its issuing partners and differ from country to country. It is your sole responsibility to confirm that gift cards from Tremendous can be issued, delivered, and redeemed in your country before participating. If your country is unsupported, or if Tremendous or a card issuer declines, restricts, or reverses a gift card for any reason, the reward is forfeited and we are not obliged to provide any substitute, cash equivalent, or compensation. 4.3 Prediction Limits

• Free-tier users may submit one (1) prediction per day.
• Paid (premium) users may submit unlimited predictions per week.
• These limits are subject to change at any time at our discretion.

5. Advertising

Free-tier users may be shown advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. These networks may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to show you relevant ads. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party advertisers. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

Paid (premium) users will not be shown advertisements within the App.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing)
• Advertising partners (for free-tier users only, as described above)
• Tremendous, Inc. — your name and email address, solely to issue and deliver a gift card if you win a reward
• Legal authorities if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental regulation
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. App will have the option to delete the user. Upon deleting the user, we will remove all your data from database. . We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law, and may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

The App is operated from India. If you access the App from outside this country, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection laws than your own. By using the App, you consent to such transfer. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all countries.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and disclaim liability for any unauthorized access or breach beyond our reasonable control.

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Apple, Google). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies.

The App and all features, including the rewards program, predictions, and scores, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any features thereof, including but not limited to the rewards program or prediction features.
